Who we are
SilvArPole is a Jamaican based Construction and Project Management company, founded by Dominican and Spaniard nationals, with a staff that has an extended experience in hotel construction, which is one of the most challenging and important activities in the Caribbean.
Recently, SilvArPole has taken the market of hotel construction renovations, due to the actual age of some of the most important hotels in the region, which surpass 7 years, forcing the operators to take upgrading actions on their properties. Along with the construction activity, we have conducted project management operations of the CAPEX projects for other properties.

Being an important offer of the construction sector at the Caribbean, offering practical solutions for the projects of our clients, in a competitive and effective way; managing, building and controlling each one of the variants that the Hotel, residential, industrial and civil construction can present, using the latest and trending concepts supported by a well trained and experienced staff, whom feel compromised and represented by the projects in which they are involved.
