Dominican national, with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineer (BSCE) from Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo (INTEC), Amaury started his hotel construction journey very early in 2003 in Bávaro, Dominican Republic, entering one of the biggest projects that were taking place in the east coast of the country (Grand Bahia Principe).

After an outstanding performance, he was selected to be the Site Manager at a very early experience age due to his leadership and performance under high pressure works at the Paradisus Palma Real Phase 3 project in 2005. Jamaica was his next challenge, where has been his main construction experience, starting in 2006 until today. A mention too of the 6 months that he stayed in Haiti, in the construction of several projects. Amaury has outstanding experience in construction costs, planning, quality control, and construction processes, along with a well-known reputation in the construction market, being in the most important projects of the location in which he has been after this 14 years and more than 3,000 rooms experience.

He homologated his B.S.C.E. degree in the Spanish Professional Education standard as Technical Engineering in Civil works and Building (INGENIERO TECNICO DE OBRAS PUBLICAS Y EDIFICACIONES I.T.O.P.), from Spain.
